偏心载荷作用下掩护式液压支架后连杆的疲劳寿命分析

Fatigue Life Analysis on Back Link of Hydraulic Shield Support Under Eccentric Loads

摘要: 针对液压支架连杆实际使用中的疲劳寿命问题,以掩护式液压支架后连杆为研究对象,在偏心加载试验条件下,推导出后连杆所受拉、压力和扭矩,在此基础上分析连杆的静强度和疲劳强度,得到连杆的疲劳寿命云图,之后进一步分析了表面光洁度对疲劳寿命的影响和疲劳失效的载荷灵敏度。计算结果表明,连杆的表面光洁度以及所受扭矩均对连杆的疲劳寿命有显著影响。所提出的疲劳寿命研究方法可为同类别液压支架后连杆的优化设计、制造和维护提供基本理论依据和有价值的参考。

Abstract: For the problem of fatigue life of hydraulic support link in actual practice, the paper that deals with the study of back link of hydraulic shield support derives drawing force, compression force and torque of the link under eccentric loads. On this basis, static strength and fatigue strength of the linik is analysed, while fatigue life nephogram is plotted. Next analysis is about surface finish factor and their the influence on fatigue life. Finally, the paper analyses load sensitivity to fatigue failure. The calculation results show that surface finish factor and torque of the link have obvious effect on fatigue life of it. The research method on fatigue life proposed can provide theoretical basis and be of valuable reference to optimal design, manufacture and maintance of the back link of similar hydraulic support.
